Wednesdays in the Park is a collaborative collection between Hannah Creak and Léopold Brekke, which debuted in fall 2023 and presented as a runway show on March 9th 2024 at l'Institut des Jeunes Sourds in Paris. Going off his previous experiences with École des Artistes, Léopold Brekke intended to experience a new way of collaboration as a duo with a new creative. This new dialogue allowed a friendship to be born and two worlds to blend. As we shared our stories, we gathered universal symbols of childhood and the freedom we felt, and transformed them into tangible looks. It’s an exploration of childhood nostalgia through memories spanning from the English suburbs to the Parisian cobblestones.
