2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the website www.unitediscrete.com by consumers for personal use. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms without reservation.

 

3. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the utmost accuracy. However, slight variations may occur, particularly due to screen display settings. Photos are not contractual.

 

4. Prices

Prices are listed in euros, including all taxes (TTC), but excluding delivery fees (shipping and packaging). Unité Discrète reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but orders will be billed at the price in effect at the time of confirmation.

 

5. Orders

The ordering process includes the following steps:

  1. Product selection and addition to the cart

  2. Cart validation

  3. Entry of contact and delivery information

  4. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

  5. Payment confirmation

The order is considered final upon full payment.

 

6. Payment

Payments can be made securely online using:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card)

Transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe) and may also be handled by third-party providers such as PayPal. Unité Discrète reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order in case of non-payment or suspected fraud.


7. Delivery

Products are delivered in mainland France and internationally as follows:

  • Timeframe: All orders will be shipped within 2-3 weeks.

  • Fees (Shipping & Packaging) : 9,99€ for France, 14,99€ for Europe, 34,99€ for international orders

  • Carrier: Colissimo Domicile with signature

Delivery times are indicative. Unité Discrète cannot be held responsible for any delays but will notify the customer of any significant issues.

 

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason or incurring penalties.

To exercise this right, customers must notify their decision in writing via email at contact@unitediscrete.com.

Returned products must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, and sent to:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the products or proof of return shipment.

Exceptions: Custom or personalized items are not eligible for withdrawal.

 

9. Legal Guarantees

All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

10. Liability

Unité Discrète shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from misuse of purchased products. In any case, liability is limited to the total amount of the order.

 

11. Intellectual Property

All elements on the website www.unitediscrete.com, including visuals and text, are protected by copyright, trademark, or patent law. They remain the exclusive property of  Unitè Discrète.

 

12. Personal Data

Data collected is necessary for processing orders and managing customer relations. In accordance with the GDPR, customers have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data. To exercise these rights, contact contact@unitediscrete.com.

 

13. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, customers may refer any dispute to the FEVAD consumer mediator at [https://www.mediateurfevad.fr].

In accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform available at [https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr].

Failing amicable resolution, only French courts shall have jurisdiction.

 

14. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent courts shall be those of the registered office of Unité Discrète, unless stated otherwise by law.
